Objectives of the course: To understand learning disabilities in children, their causes, manifestations and methods of screening and to asses children with learning disabilities. The programme impart knowledge regarding the nature and types of exceptionalities and associated learning disorders. It also equips students in remedial education strategies and methods of organizing and working in a special education programme.
Eligibility: Any degree. Candidate who learned Psychology as main or optional subject will have priority.

Duration: One Year (Part time) Regular with two semesters (Classes on all Saturdays and other selected holidays)
Selection Procedure: Admission will be based on the rank list prepared by university based on degree marks, Entrance test score, & Interviews.
Attendance: Minimum 75% attendance in theory classes And 100% attendance in practical work shop /internship/ field work/ case study is compulsory.
Examination: There will be University examination at the end of each semester.
